We’re all feeling it.

That dreaded day.

The UCAS deadline.

Those hours spent sweating over a personal statement. Those endless conversations with parents: “When is the UCAS Deadline?”, “what are the career prospects of this course?”, “will you get the right grades?”. You’ve got friends who seem to have it all figured out. And you’re being bombarded with adverts from any university you have ever shown an interest in.

But the thing is, you are not a UCAS application number.

At Nexus ICA we believe in the person. We believe that you are valued and important, and not just a number. We believe that you should not be rushed into making a decision about your future.

That’s why prospective students can apply with us until the end of August. We have designed an application process that is fully focused on you. At any point you can pick up the phone and speak to your future lecturer or a member of the Nexus ICA admissions team. At no point will you feel like ‘just another applicant’. We make sure that you have all the support you need.

Why? Because YOU are at the core of Nexus ICA. Our support and guidance does not stop if you become a student. We believe in student-centred education. In fact, in previous years our support has meant that 100% of our students pass our courses, and 77% do so with a 2:1 degree classification or above (data from BA (Hons) Popular Music & Worship).

Our students are valued from their first enquiry, to their graduation and beyond.

So don’t go too fast. Take your time, and figure out what you really want to do. Are you going to let pressure rush you into quick decision, or are you going to follow your heart?
